Due to an unforeseen condition
changes, the Venue of the 12th IARU Region 3 Conference has been changed
to the following Hotel;

In this connection the following changes and notes should be advised
to you.
1) The room rates are changed to new rates but less expensive, as follows;
Standard Single Room: NT$2,000/room/night
2 single beds Room : NT$2,800/room/night
Deluxe Twin Room: NT$3,600/room/night
2) The Alternate hotel of Chang Gung Hotel is cancelled, and No Alternate
Hotel is provided since the room rate of the Conference Hotel is the
most less expensive. Accordingly, the Registration Form, page 3 of 3
is of no use.
3) The requested Dead Line Date for Registration and Booking is changed
to January 26th, 2004.
4) Despite these changes, the Registration Forms, pages 1 of 3 and 2
of 3 are still effective for your Conference registration and hotel
room booking.
5) Other conditions in the CTARL Invitation letter are still effective.
6) For those participants who were already registered and booked, CTARL
will recalculate the total amount of the Hotel room, etc., at the Conference
site.
